The mess hall is the best palce to throw down, make sure you eat a little before. The reason the mess hall is good is because you can use your tray, throw down for 30 seconds or so but not longer than that so you don't get you ass beat cause the guards will break it up quickly. So when you thrown down in the mess hall you don't look like a punk cause you threw down but you also didn't get your ass beat too bad.
